Quota Teacher Certification in 2009

<span xmlns=""><p><span style=";font-size:12;color:black;" >The national quota for the certification of teachers for the year 2009 has been set as many as 200,000 teachers. Government's target for the number of elementary school teachers are certified to be 12.36%, 22.87% junior high school teacher, high school teachers and 29.63%, while for teachers of SMK 24.45%. Because the teacher certification program is expected this will be complete in 2015.</span><span style="font-size:78%;"><br /> </span></p><p><span style=";font-size:12;color:black;" >Determination of quota certification of teachers in the province will actually be based on conditions. Priority certification is aimed primarily at the teacher, supervisor of schools, teachers and S2 which has to rank among IVb and IVc which automatically obtain a certificate of teachers without certification test. The remaining time is ranked based on their work. Preparation of the ranking is done per school levels, starting from kindergarten to senior high school. This rangking should really be done to avoid such issues as the previous years.<br /> </span></p><!-- adsense --><br /> <p><span style=";font-size:12;color:black;" >While for private sector teachers are given a quota of 15-25%. With the requirements they must be recorded as a teacher foundation and qualified D4/S1. It is therefore expected to be the foundation for teachers to become teacher foundation.</span><span style="font-size:78%;"><br /> </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style=";font-size:12;color:black;" >Problems that often occur in certification previous problem is the delay in the education office of the city / in the district send the portofolio document to LPTK. Kuota Sertifikasi Guru tahun 2009

<div align="justify">Secara nasional, kuota sertifikasi guru untuk tahun 2009 telah ditetapkan sebanyak 200.000 guru. Target pemerintah untuk jumlah guru SD yang bersertifikasi bisa bertambah 12,36 %, guru SMP 22,87 %, dan guru SMA 29,63 %, sedangkan untuk guru SMK sebesar 24,45 %. Karena diharapkan program sertifikasi guru ini akan tuntas pada 2015 . </div><div align="justify"></div><div align="justify"></div><div align="justify">Penetapan kuota sertifikasi guru di provinsi akan benar-benar dilakukan berdasarkan ketentuan. Prioritas sertifikasi terutama ditujukan pada guru berprestasi, pengawas sekolah, dan guru S2 yang memiliki golongan kepangkatan IVb dan IVc yang secara otomatis mendapatkan sertifikat pendidik tanpa melalui uji sertifikasi. Sisanya diranking berdasarkan masa kerja mereka. Penyusunan ranking itu dilakukan per jenjang sekolah, dimulai dari sekolah TK hingga SMA dan SMK. Perankingan ini harus benar-benar dilakukan untuk menghindari persoalan seperti tahun-tahun sebelumnya. </div><div align="justify"></div><div align="justify"></div><div align="justify">Sedangkan untuk guru swasta diberi kuota antara 15-25 %. Dengan syarat mereka harus tercatat sebagai guru tetap yayasan (GTY) dan berkualifikasi D4/S1. Oleh karena itu diharapkan yayasan agar mengangkat para guru menjadi guru tetap yayasan.</div><div align="justify"></div><div align="justify"></div><div align="justify">Masalah yang sering terjadi pada serifikasi sebelumnya adalah masalah keterlambatan dinas pendidikan kota/kabupaten dalam mengirimkan berkas dokumen portofolio ke LPTK. Hal tersebut akan berpengaruh terhadap pencairan tunjangan profesi. Oleh karena itu, pemberkasan tahun ini akan ditangani oleh LPMP Provinsi. ....
